Pre-Inquiry Meeting

The Inspector held a Pre-Inquiry Meeting (PIM) on Friday, 12th January 2024

The purpose of the pre-inquiry meeting was principally to discuss the practical arrangements for the inquiry, to set out the inquiry programme and to clarify the scope of the inquiry.  There was no discussion at a pre-inquiry meeting of the merits of the proposals in question. For an explanation of what happens at pre-inquiry meetings, please refer to question 28 in Part 4 of the Brief Guide to Transport and Works Act Orders.
