Network Rail (Tackley Level Crossing) Order 202[ ]

Following a public consultation in 2023 Network Rail Infrastructure Limited (Network Rail) made an application to the Secretary of State for Transport for an Order under the Transport and Works Act 1992.

The Department for Transport has advised that a Public Inquiry will be needed to allow objectors to present their evidence, the Inquiry will open on Tuesday 18th June 2024 and is expected to sit for nine days.
